1. Establish Your Budget

2. Initial Consultation
Meet with our builder to talk through your vision and explore floor plans that fit your budget. We’ll gather bids from trusted contractors and share a clear cost breakdown for your review.
3. Choose Your Plan & Location
It’s time to choose the right floor plan and the perfect lot. We’ll help match your lifestyle and priorities with the best available options.
4. Contract Agreement
With your plan and pricing in place, we’ll sign a contract that covers the timeline, scope, and expectations—keeping everything clear before construction begins.
5. Set A Start Date
Once your plans and financing are finalized, we’ll schedule your construction start date and get everything in motion.
City Permits &
Groundbreaking
Sapphire Builders will submit your plans for city approval. Once permits are in place, construction begins—and your home starts to come to life.
Weekly Builder Meetings
Stay in the loop with weekly on-site meetings. You’ll review progress, make design selections, and finalize finishes as we go.
Final Step
Once construction is complete and the Certificate of Occupancy is issued, ownership transfers to you through your lender and title company and the home is officially yours!
Post-Construction Warranty
At Sapphire Builders, we stand behind our work. That’s why we offer a one-year home warranty to give you ongoing support and peace of mind after you move in.
